When my initial value is undefined, the first change from null to data.values Enum[0] my model updates and ng-change fires and all is good.

When I change from the first option to the second, the model does not update and no ng-change event fires.

But when an action on Screen2 removes that record from the gallery and another record is selected automatically, all other controls update their default value on screen2 but the dropdown.

It still has the old value, and if the new record is updated, that old value is written over for the new record causing issues.
