The following day, I wore it again and when she arrived in the office, she instantly told me that I smell amazing. First of all, it is much, much weaker, miles away from the powerhouse it used to be. It's sweet, spicy, fruity, woody, floral, and balsamic. The first few times I wore it, I can honestly say I preferred Lou Lou, but that was in the heat.

Never did she know that she was smelling the same perfume from yesterday. It can smell dated and strong when you smell it on the bottle but when you wear it, it transforms! Second, the smell has nothing to do with pre-reformulation Poison. It's perfectly balanced with just the right amount plum, tuberose, honey, and spices. Today is the first colder day we’ve had this year and all I can say OH MY GODS THIS IS GORGEOUS!!

This dark, mysterious and elegant perfume, which won a Fi Fi award in 1987, was created by Edouard Flechier.

In 2006, the house of Dior released the Poison Amulets.

Longevity does not require nearly the commitment as Hypnotic Poison. I've just tested the newest version of Poison EDT (in a dark green bottle).

It smells nothing like the original Poison from the 1980s, which I remember very well, as it was one of the first perfumes I ever had.

The plum is not screaming on my skin but adds support, nuance, and some natural sweetness to the perfume.

I am sure I have smelled the vintage as I was a child of the 80s but I don’t remember it.These are limited edition 15 ml purse sprays available in Poison, Pure Poison, Tendre Poison and Hypnotic Poison; each comes with 2 refills and is packaged in a satin pouch with funnel. The bottles are very elegant while following the style and colors of the originals. That was unusual for me coz I thought they would say that it is too strong and offensive. One of my students who is really thrifty with compliments and words even told me that it was the best scent he has smelt on me.Another funny story was when I let one of my friends smell the fragrance straight from the bottle.
